For some reason, there are people who love to compare the deaths of those who fall in their bathtubs to those who die from being shot. When someone dies by falling in their bathtub when using it for the purpose for which it was designed, it is an accident. When it comes to guns, an accident is when someone lives when using it as it was designed to be used.
