For those who think there is value in whatever version of the
Ten Commandments they like to claim for themselves, the sabbath
commandment tells them that work is unholy. Yet, so many fundamentalists push the oxymoron of a "godly work ethic."
"Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as the LORD your God commanded you. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God."
